Slow Stretch & Sound ~  In this practice we slow down, drop in and move gently. The intention is for nervous system reset, we guide this one from the felt sensation in the body. Class begins with sound relaxation, bowls are played periodically through and again for shavasana.

Unwind & Stretch ~ Floor based and relaxing session to simply unwind and release your body at the end of the day. Beginning yoga and want to start to find some space in your body ? Wanting a simple movement practice for your body in a peaceful environment?

Heated Unwind & Stretch ~ A slow stretch release session using the heat to help your body release and open. Warmth supports the body to release. A good compliment to your active sessions.

Gentle Hatha ~ A space to breathe. Beginner friendly practice, gentle and relaxing, supportive class. Traditional as well as restorative asanas. Longer relaxation time to finish.

Suitable for ~ beginners, seniors, those needing or wanting a gentle practice.

Hatha Restore ~ A sun & moon practice. The sun energy in practice is seen as activating & to mobilise stagnant energy. The moon energy helps ground and stabilise busy minds, calming and steadying body & mind. This practice is intelligently sequenced to bring balance and harmony to body and mind.

Suitable for ~ beginners, experienced, those wanting to reset and regulate, for bringing physical and energetic balance.

Core & Spine Care ~ A grounded practice to help you explore or discover your supportive core. Movement and cues to bring you to your center physically and mindfully. This practice is for tuning in, understanding and realigning to your center in a gentle way.

A good class for beginners to build into to prepare for stronger classes, great for anyone starting to build connection and strength into their body.

Open ~ Foundations ~ Open is a general all levels practice. Includes standing postures for grounding and has a focus on alignment. Simple balance postures for developing steadiness, floor work. A blend of strengthening and releasing and at a slower steady pace. In an all levels practice support for modifications is offered.

Suitable for ~ active beginners, those wanting to learn alignment to prepare for flow classes. all levels.

Open Slow Flow ~ building on the foundations above some flow in this class. Flow is moving more fluidly with the breath and connecting postures together.

Heated Flow State ~ The room is set to low 30s, the practice is fluid and breath inspired. Build heat in the flow and to help muscles unwind with FAR infrared. These classes are sequenced to build into the flow, warm up, move then settle into a restful finish.

Suitable for active beginners ~ some experience will help for this practice.
