My name is Osheani and I began teaching these practices 24 years ago simply because I was called to share the benefits that had helped me personally. Beginning a consistent meditation practice in my early 20s, to studying massage, bodywork and running an alternative healing business led me into the practice of Yoga which brought everything together for me. Combining bottom up with top down therapies just makes sense to me in a holistic way, this is my mission and my purpose, I continue to be a student of healing modalities.
