My name is Osheani and I began teaching these practices 22 years ago simply because I was called to share the benefits that had helped me personally. Beginning a consistent meditation practice in my early 20s, to studying massage, bodywork and running an alternative healing business led me into the practice of Yoga which brought everything together for me. Combining bottom up with top down therapies just makes sense to me in a holistic way, this is my mission and my purpose, I continue to be a student of healing modalities.

Along the way other students of yoga became teachers for much the same reason and joined the team.

Today service to sharing what is helpful and authentic for us is still the reason we show up to teach each class or session.

Our teachers are all highly trained and most importantly genuine about the practice and teaching as a service.

Individual Sessions

Holistic Coaching, Assisted Movement Stretch Sessions, Mental Health Mentoring & Support

Discover personalized holistic coaching, movement stretch sessions,  Osheani brings experience in Yoga Teaching, Holistic Counseling, Trauma Informed Yoga & Coaching, and Meditation Therapy. Currently completing a diploma in Mental Health, she applies a trauma-informed, person-centered approach.

 

Individual sessions for NDIS participants can be arranged and invoiced according to your plan.

Tailored sessions for in recovery coaching, mental health, and well-being mindset. Sessions with a blend of coaching and practicing tools for .self regulation and relaxation may be effective.

Class bookings and cancellations are essential and easily managed through the MindBody booking system. Arrive just five minutes early for a seamless experience.  Parking is available on-site or on accessible street parking around the building.
