We are a Vinyasa school of Yoga offering classes that teach the foundations of this fluid practice in a safe and grounded way (CORE YOGA & CORE HOT) through to the more active forms of Vinyasa (CORE POWER).
Our Yoga classes are inspired by evolving forms of Hatha yoga with roots in the teachings of Sri T Krishnamacharya. Vinyasa means to place in a special way and to move with the breath. Sequences always build and progress from simpler to more complex moves allowing the body to open and build strength in an intelligent way without force.
Through our yoga classes, you will strengthen, heal, and detoxify your body whilst calming and focusing your mind. From your very first visit you will feel more peaceful, powerful and a little taller !

Over her years of instructing yoga and meditation, Osheani has developed a Core focused way of teaching and has committed to sharing yoga in a way that is connected and empowering not only on a physical level but on a level of Self reflection and centering. Her classes are intended to inspire living and moving from centre, body, mind and soul !

Marrying modern technology with the ancient science of yoga we have installed what we feel is the best in healing heat for your body. Far Infrared heating (FIR) has numerous therapeutic benefits . Muscular healing, flexibility and ease of movement is enhanced. Circulation, metabolism, weight loss and detoxification is increased. The room feels like it is bathed in sunshine , it is quiet and clean.
