Physically, mentally and emotionally yoga has been the answer for me in bringing balance, calm and clarity.  Bi-monthly visits to physio for my neck and back have disappeared.  Yoga also gives me an opportunity to quiet my mind from the usual rush of thoughts and approach things with more awareness rather than out of habit.  Emotionally it has given me some interesting insights into myself and is a tool I am currently using for self development.  I am grateful for the opportunity of a deeper understanding of myself and others that Yoga has provided me.

My husband said to me recently that Yoga completes me. I get more done with more energy and motivation.

I love my weekly yoga class - would love to do more but  hopefully that will be down the track - have even started practicing at home!  I enjoy the whole yoga experience and for me particularly to try and correct my poor posture and to feel relaxed.
I took Oshi's beginners intro sessions in Jan '08 and have now continued to a weekly class - its great for my body and soul.  I am  49years old and to start yoga now feels right and feels good. In a short time I feel I walk a lot taller and am tuning into my body and trying to strengthen and correct my posture.
I am on the yoga journey of awareness - (better late than never) and it really is a good feeling.

Yoga…..my saviour. I have been practising yoga for about 17 years and I can’t begin to imagine life without it. I practice every day, even when I’m on holidays, and take my yoga mat with me wherever I can.

I enjoy many styles of yoga and enjoy the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the practice.

Osheani’s classes are quite demanding, therefore challenging,  empowering and also strengthening. Flexibility and better posture are two great benefits of my yoga practice and as I age (I’m no spring chicken!) yoga assists to maintain the ol’  body and its functions.

As Osheani grows, changes and challenges herself she takes her students with her on a wonderful journey. Come abroad for the ride!

I have practised yoga for several years and I have tried lots of different forms of yoga but I feel I have made a big leap in my mind body connection since joining Osheani’s classes. Even at 58yrs of age my flexibility is improving and the aches and pains of aging are a thing of the past.

I find the classes well structured, professional and safe.
The classes suit all levels of practitioner as we are encouraged to find our “own edge” for that particular time/day and work to it without any pressure. The ‘being present in the moment’ time out of each class renews and refreshes me helping me cope with the daily stresses of this modern life.

We are always trying something new so the classes are never predictable or boring. All the classes during the week offer something different so there are classes to suit your own needs e.g. core work, dynamic yoga or beginner ‘flow’ classes etc.

The short massage at the end of the class just adds a little something special. I only wish I could do these classes every day!

Osheani

I  went to my first yoga class when I was 48. I felt very much out of my comfort zone. However, I decided to give it a go for a while to see how it went. I was surprised how quickly I progressed.

I soon began to practise at home and now it is an important part of every day. Not only is my body more flexible than when I was playing football, but my mind is sharper as well.(or at least I think it is)

I would recommend yoga to everyone. And I don't think there is a better teacher than Osheani Rainbow.
